Lighthouse searches real-world records and works with you to support your decision making.
How Lighthouse computes this
Your question is turned into a structured search (cancer site, stage, biomarkers, age, sex, treatments, and any subgroup split). Every number is computed directly from the patient records in the page; the AI only interprets the question and writes the summary from those computed numbers. Lighthouse filters the de-identified index to patients with the same primary cancer, then narrows by stage, biomarkers, age and sex. A criterion is relaxed, and labelled as relaxed, only when keeping it would leave fewer than 5 patients.
- Alive at last follow-up
- Patient not recorded as deceased at their most recent activity in the record. Follow-up length varies by patient and is shown as a median.
- No documented distant progression
- No new distant metastasis diagnosis (ICD-10 C78–C79) more than 90 days after the primary diagnosis.
- New line within 12 months
- A different systemic treatment class started more than 60 days and within 12 months after the first systemic treatment. Proxy for time to next treatment (TTNT).
- Time-to-next-treatment curve
- Kaplan–Meier estimate of staying on the first line of systemic therapy, censored at last follow-up.
- Grade ≥3 neutropenia / anemia / thrombocytopenia
- Any absolute neutrophil count below 1.0 ×10⁹/L, hemoglobin below 8.0 g/dL, or platelets below 50 ×10⁹/L within 12 months of starting systemic therapy (CTCAE lab thresholds). Denominator is patients with labs in that window.
- G-CSF support
- Any filgrastim or pegfilgrastim product ordered.
- Confidence interval
- 95% Wilson score interval, shown as the shaded band. Cohorts under 5 patients show counts only.
- Evidence strength
- Insufficient (<5 patients), Limited (5–19), Moderate (20–99), Strong (100+), based on the patients who received the treatment you asked about.
